Era Buildsys announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 July 2015, inter alia, have taken the following decisions:1. Appointed Gaurav Rajoriya, as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 03 July 2015.
2. To consider, approve & adopt code for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information & Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in Securities of the Company framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 in forthcoming week through circulation.
