Essar Shipping announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 October 2014 has granted approval for the proposal of voluntary delisting of equity shares of the Company received from Essar Shipping & Logistics, one of the promoters of the Company subject to provisions of the Companies Act 2013, the Delisting Regulation and the receipt of approval of the shareholders of the Company, the stock exchanges and such other approvals as may be required.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
