Board of Excel Crop Care recommends final dividend

Excel Crop Care announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 May 2016, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 12.50 per equity Share (i.e. 250%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
