At meeting held on 29 May 2015
Facor Steels announced that Murlidhar D. Saraf, Vice Chairman & Managing Director of the Company has resigned from the post of Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 25 May 2015.The resignation was considered and approved by the board of directors in their meeting held on 29 May 2015.
Consequent to his resignation M. D. Saraf ceases to be KMP of the Company from the date of his resignation. However, he continues to be a Director on Board of the Company.
