Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) announced that:1. Sachin Selot has resigned from the position of Whole-time Finance Director & CFO of the Company, w.e.f. the closing business hours of 26 May 2015.
2. Manish Chadha, has been appointed as CFO of the Company, w.e.f. 01 June 2015.
3. Dr. Khalid Khan has been appointed as Whole-time Director - Legal & Company Secretary of the Company, w.e.f. 22 May 2015.
