Fiberweb (India) announced that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is convened to be held on 19 January 2017, inter alia, to transact the following business:1. To discuss and finalize the raising of funds for its expansion of Rs. 100 crore.
2. To call Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company if necessary.
