Fine Plast Polymers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 October 2014, allotted 41,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each under the SEBI Regulations, Section 42 and 62 of the Companies Act, 2013 (including the rules made there-under).As a result of this allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company was increased from Rs. 3,01,97,000/- To Rs. 7,11,97,000/-.
