Fortis Healthcare announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 March 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:1. Appointment of Ravi Umesh Mehrotra (Non-Executive Non- Independent) and Shradha Suri Marwah (Non-Executive Independent) as Additional Directors on the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect; and
2. Notice of Postal Ballot along with the Calendar of Events inter-alia covering the approval of related party transaction with its subsidiaries.
