Allotment of 37,89,350 equity shares of Rs 10 each as fully paid up to Nippon Express (South Asia & Oceania) on preferential basis at a price of Rs 664 per share (including a share premium of Rs 654 per share).
Subsequent to such allotment and together with the allotment of 6,300 equity shares pursuant to the exercise of stock options, the issue and paid up share capital stands increased to Rs 43,88,35,980 dividend into 4,38,83,598 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
