Board of Gala Print City approves change in directorate

With effect from 26 November 2015

Gala Print City announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 November 2015, has considered, discussed & approved the following matters:

1. Resignation of Sanket R. Sheth as the Director

The Board accepted the resignation of Sanket R. Sheth as the Executive Director of the Company which shall be effective from 26 November 2015 vide Sheth's resignation letter dated 25 November 2015.

2. Appointment of Anuj M. Shah as the Additional Director

The Board approved appointment of Anuj M. Shah as Additional Director of the Company with effect from 26 November 2015.

3. Resignation of Dhrupa Thakkar as Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer

The Board accepted the resignation of Dhrupa Thakkar as the Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer of the Company which shall be effective from 30 November 2015 vide her resignation letter dated 25 November 2015.
