Ganesh Housing Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 April 2015, has appointed Aneri D. Patel, as a Director on the Board of the Company with immediate effect. Aneri will be a non-executive director on the Board of the Company.Further, the Company has received resignation from Lalitaben G. Patel as a Director of the Company with effect from 17 April 2015.
