Globus Power Generation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 June 2014, has approved the following:The Board announce that Asha Arora has been resigned for the post of Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 25 May 2014. Asha, so confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board and there is no other matter in relation to his resignations that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company or the Stock Exchange.
Further, the Board announce that Aarti Jassal has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 10 June 2014.
