At meeting held on 19 May 2015
GMM Pfaudler announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 May 2015, inter alia, have considered and approved the following:Consequent to acquisition of Pfaudler Inc. by DBAG and Others and on completion of the Open Offer, the following changes have been effected in the Board of Directors of the Company.
1. Michael C. Reed has resigned as Director of the Company with effect from May 08, 2015. Thomas KehI has been appointed as Director nominated by Pfaudler Inc., USA with immediate effect to fill in casual vacancy of Michael C. Reed.
2. Darius C. Shroff has resigned as Director of the Company with effect from 08 May 2015. Ashok C. Pillai has been appointed as Director nominated by Pfaudler Inc., USA with immediate effect to fill in casual vacancy of Darius C. Shroff.
3. Soha Shirke has been appointed as Director nominated by Pfaudler Inc., USA with immediate effect to fill in casual vacancy of Sudipta Sengupta who resigned with effect from 30 March 2015.
