Bhaskar, Executive Director & CEO, Whole time Director and the Key Managerial personnel of the Company has resigned from the Board and his resignation has been accepted at the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 13 July 2015 with immediate effect.At the said Board Meeting, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Sachin Kulkarni, Chief Operating Officer has been appointed as an Additional Director, Whole time Director and the Key Managerial Personnel with effect from 13 July 2015, subject to the approval of shareholders.
