At meeting held on 13 August 2014
Gokak Textiles announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 August 2014, have resolved to change the next financial year covering a period of 6 months from 01 October 2014 to 31 March 2015 to align the financial year, as per the provisions of Section 2(41) of the Companies Act, 2013 to be ended on the 31 March, every year.
