At meeting held on 11 February 2015
Goldcrest Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 February 2015, inter alia, have considered and approved the following:1. Resignation of Tushar T. Tanna from the post of Managing Director w.e.f. 01 April 2015; however, Tushar T. Tanna will continue to remain Chairman and Non-Executive Director of the Company.
2. Appointment of Anupa Tanna Shah, presently Non-Executive Director, as Managing Director w.e.f. 01 April 2015 subject to the approval of members in the ensuing General Meeting.
