At meeting held on 14 December 2015
Goodyear India announced that regarding the following changes in the Director(s) of the Company has occurred vide Circular resolutions dated 14 December 2015 passed by the Board of Directors:1. Christopher Raymond Delaney has been appointed as Director of the Company w.e.f. 01 January 2016.
2. Daniel Lawrence Smytka Director of the Company has resigned from the Company w.e.f. close of business hours on 31 December 2015.
