Board of Granules India recommends third interim dividend

Granules India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 January 2016, inter alia, have recommended the third interim dividend of Rs 0.15 per equity Share (i.e. 15%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
