Gujarat Foils announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 May 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following business:Accepted the resignation of Amit Kumar Gupta, Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company. He shall be relieved from the services of the Company from the close of working hours on 31 May 2014.
Appointed Nikita Pedhdiya as Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company with effect from 01 June 2014.
