Board of Gujarat State Financial Corporation decides to delist from NSE

Gujarat State Financial Corporation announced that pursuant to Regulations 6 & 7 of SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009, the Board of Directors of the Corporation at its meeting held on 10 August 2015 decided to delist the shares of the Corporation from National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), the reason being no trading of shares of the Corporation is reported from NSE since more than a decade and continued listing with NSE does not provide any significant tangible advantage to the members of the Corporation or investors at large. The Corporation is in the process of making an application for delisting of the equity shares from NSE. Corporation's equity shares shall continue to be listed on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) which is having nationwide trading terminals.
