Board of Hero MotoCorp recommends final dividend

Hero MotoCorp announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 5 May 2016, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 32 per equity Share (i.e. 1600%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
