Board of Hind Aluminium Industries recommends final dividend

Hind Aluminium Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 6 June 2016, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.6 per equity Share (i.e. 16%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
