Board of Hindustan Unilever recommends final dividend

Hindustan Unilever announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 9 May 2016, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 9.5 per equity Share (i.e. 950%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
