Hitech Plast announced that Rameshchandra Gandhi, an Independent Director (Chairman - Audit Committee), has resigned from the Directorship of the Company with effect from the close of business hours of 31 March 2015, due to old age (85 years) and his inability to devote time to the affairs of the Company. The same was communicated vide his Resignation Letter dated 06 February 2015 which was accepted by the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on 12 February 2015.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
