At meeting held on 02 March 2015
ICRA announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 March 2015, has appointed Vivek Mathur, Executive Vice President, as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 02 March 2015.Further, pursuant to applicable Clauses of the Listing Agreement with the Stock Exchanges, the Company informed that the Board of Directors of the Company also approved appointment of S. Shakeb Rahman, Acting Compliance Officer, as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 02 March 2015.
