The Board of IDFC at its meeting held on 08 November 2019 has approved the acquisition of 100% equity stake of IDFC Alternatives and IDFC Trustee Company (both have been NON-OPERATIVE step down subsidiaries of IDFC) from IDFC Financial Holding Company (a wholly owned subsidiary of IDFC ) at their respective book values as a part of simplification of its corporate structure.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
