IDream Film Infrastructure Company announced that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 20 December 2016, the Board of Directors, inter alia, approved the appointment of Bhavini Raval an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company pursuant to the Regulation 6(1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, w.e.f. 20 December 2016.Further pursuant to the said appointment, the Compliance officer of the Company would change from Santosh Apraj to Bhavini Raval w.e.f. 20 December 2016.
