Igarashi Motors India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 May 2015, inter alia, has approved following :1. K Igarashi has ceased to be a Director with effect from 01 April 2015 since he did not attend any meeting of the Board in the last 12 months as provided under Section 167(1 (b)) the Companies Act, 2013;
