The Board of IGC Industries at its meeting held on 09 March 2018 has approved the following -1.Appointment of Shivang Vora as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 9 March, 2018.
2.Appointment of Kishor Bamble as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 9 March, 2018.
3.Resignation of Sudip Chowdhary from the post of Director of the Company.
4.Resignation of Mohd Shaba Ahammd Mohdshabuddin Khan from the post of Director of the Company.
