Board of IIFL Finance approves change in directorate

The Board of IIFL Finance accepted the resignation of Nagarajan Srinivasan, Non-Executive Non Independent Director of the Company (DIN: 01480303) with effect from close of business hours of 15 June 2021 due to personal reasons. The Board also approved Vibhore Sharma (DIN: 03314559), as an Additional Director (Independent Director) of the Company w.e.f. 01 July 2021.
