Board of Indiabulls Ventures appoints company secretary & compliance officer

At meeting held on 21 July 2015

Indiabulls Ventures announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 July 2015, inter alia, has been appointed Richa Jaiswal as Company Secretary and as Compliance Officer of the Company, in terms of Clause 47(a) of the Listing Agreement, in place of Ram Mehar Garg.
