Indo-City Infotech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 January 2015, has approved the appointment of Shagun Daga, Company Secretary with effect from 23 January 2015.In the same meeting, Shagun Daga is also appointed as Compliance Officer in place of Ramesh Chandra Pusola, (CFO) of the Company.
