The Board of Ipca Laboratories at its meeting held on 07 November 2019 has allotted 5,00,000 convertible warrants to the members of Promoters I Promoter Group of the Company with a right to the warrant holders to apply for and be allotted 1 (one) equity share of Rs. 2/- each of the Company at a price of Rs. 955/- per share (including premium of Rs. 953/- per share), for each warrant, within a period of 18 months from the date of allotment of the said warrants.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
