Board of J Kumar Infraprojects recommends final dividend

J Kumar Infraprojects announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 May 2016, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 40%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
