Board of Jay Bharat Maruti recommends final dividend

Jay Bharat Maruti announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 April 2015, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 40%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
