Board of Jindal Worldwide revises Final Dividend

To Rs. 0.15/- paisa per equity share

Jindal Worldwide announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04th September 2021, has inter alia reconsidered and revised the recommendation for declaration of Final Dividend from 5% Final Dividend (as recommended by the Board of Directors earlier on 22nd June, 2021) to 15% Final Dividend on its paid-up equity share capital i.e. Rs. 0.15/- paisa per equity share of F.V. Rs. 1/- for the Financial Year 2020-2021; subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
