The Board of JMC Projects (India) at its meeting held on 24 May 2018 has approved raising of funds by way of issue of Secured / Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) for an aggregate amount upto Rs. 150 crore (Rupees One Hundred Fifty Crores only) in one or more series / tranches, on private placement basis, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing AGM.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
