Board of Joonktolle Tea & Industries recommends final dividend

Joonktolle Tea & Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 May 2015, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 3 per equity Share (i.e. 30%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
