Just Dial announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 October 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following business:- Considered and approved the allotment of 27,259 Equity Shares of face value of Rs.10 each to certain employees of the Company pursuant to exercise by such employees of vested options granted to them under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2010 and Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013.
