Kappac Pharma announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 January 2015, inter alia, has considered the following:- To appoint Zahurahmed Fakir as addition Director w.e.f. 02 January 2015 and to accept resignation of Viral Kapadia w.e.f. 02 January 2015 from the board of Director of the Company.
