Kavit Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 August 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following :1. The Board of Directors of Company have also decided to issue of Bonus share in the Ratio of 3:1 to eligible Shareholders;
2. The Board of Directors of Company have Proposed to appoint M.Buha & co. Company Secretaries, Vadodara, as Scrutinizer for the purpose of E-voting.
