At meeting held on 08 July 2015
Mafatlal Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 08 July 2015 appointed Aniruddha Deshmukh as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Company effective from 10 July 2015 as recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board.Rajiv Dayal, Managing Director & CEO of the Company has expressed his desire to opt for pre-mature retirement from the services of the Company and has accordingly requested the Company to relieve him from the services of the Company as MD & CEO of the Company from the close of the business hours on 12 August 2015. The Board of Directors has acceded to his requests and accordingly, Rajiv Dayal will be relieved from the services as requested.
