At meeting held on 30 May 2014
Manaksia announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2014, has not recommended any further dividend for the financial year ended 31 March 2014.The Company had paid an interim dividend of 100% (Rs 2 per equity share of Rs 2 each) aggregating to Rs1310.68 lakh on 19 August 2013.
