Marathwada Refractories announced that K S Vasudeva Murthy, Director has resigned from the directorship of the Company with effect from 28 April 2014.The Board in its meeting on 28 April 2014, has appointed T Rajagopala Rao as an additional director of the Company with effect from 28 April 2014 till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.
