Melstar Information Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 08 October 2015 has considered and approved the following matters:- Appointment of Sanjiv Tandon as Additional Director viz a viz Managing Director w.e.f. 01 October 2015 to hold office up to the date of next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
