At meeting held on 07 March 2014
Minaxi Textiles announced that the Board of Directors of the Company vide its meeting held on 07 March 2014 propose to voluntarily delist Company's equity shares from the Ahmedabad Stock Exchange to save the recurring costs without affecting the liquidity of equity shares of the Company.The equity shares of the company would continue to be listed on a Bombay Stock Exchange.
