The Board of Minda Corporation approved the scheme for amalgamation of domestic Indian wholly owned subsidiary companies into Minda Corp.This Scheme of amalgamation is subject to necessary statutory and regulatory approvals including the approval of the jurisdictional National Company Law Tribunals. All assets and liabilities of the transferor companies shall be transferred to Minda Corp at book value as on the designated Appointed Date of 01 April 2018. The estimated implementation time-frame is expected to be approximately 6-8 months.
