At meeting held on 18 July 2018
The Board of Mindtree at its meeting held on 18 July 2018 transacted the following -Accepted the resignation of Jagannathan Chakravarthi as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 20 July 2018, who has decided to pursue career opportunities outside Mindtree. Jagannathan Chakravarthi will be relieved from the service of the Company with effect from 20 July 2018.
Appointed Rostow Ravanan, CEO & Managing Director of the Company as Compliance Officer with effect from 18 July 2018 in the place of Jagannathan Chakravarthi.
