Modison Metals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 November 2015, have decided following:- Change in Compliance Officer :
- Deepashree Dadkar, Company Secretary of the Company has been appointed as the Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 02 November 2015 in the place of Ramesh Kothari, Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
