Board of MT Educare declares interim dividend

Of Rs 1.25 per share

MT Educare announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 May 2014, inter alia, has declared an interim dividend of 12.5% i.e. Rs 1.25 per equity share of face value of Rs 10 each.
